On CUba you can swim with trained dolphins. They are nice and trained to have fun while swimming with them. Usually the cost of a 1 hour session is around 60 EUR or USD payable in convertible pesos (CUC).
There are many dolphinarios in Cuba. You can see the dolphin show and then also swim with them. Be sure to have your own waterproof camera, since the professional photos are very expensive.
